Apply once daily to clean, dry lashes and brows — ideally in the evening.
Lashes: Apply a thin layer across the base of the upper lash in a single stroke (as you would apply eyeliner).
Brows: Apply a thin layer over the entire brow line or use on sparse/patchy areas.
