Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift vouchers. Multiple gift vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction. Gift vouchers must be produced at your appointment to be redeemed successfully. Gift vouchers will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers can only be redeemed in salon and cannot be redeemed online. Gift vouchers have no cash value. Vouchers purchased for specific treatments/packages are non-transferable.

Gift vouchers will expire on the date marked on the voucher and can be purchased for any value or any treatment available. Gift vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and the full treatment price will be charged.

Late cancellation and ‘failure to show’ terms as laid out in our FAQs also apply to gift vouchers which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give the required notice for your appointment. Please check required notice periods based on the gift voucher value/treatment purchased.

Please note that I do not extend any vouchers so be sure to use them before the expiry date. The responsibility to use the vouchers prior to expiry lies with the recipient and no reminders will be issued by me

In the case of vouchers with a monetary value, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance of the voucher. No change will be given. The unspent value with remain on the voucher for the remainder of the validation period or until redeemed.

I reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which I deem to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be fraudulent.

I reserve the right to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at my discretion, I deem such action necessary.

Packages and treatment courses cannot be amended/substituted for alternative treatments.

Treatment courses are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking/purchase and are non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatments being deducted from your course as per Late Cancellation and Failure to Show terms as laid out above.

From time to time, I offer discounted treatments and/or retail through the salon, online or through social media. These are subject to terms and conditions, which are usually, but not limited to, time, date and availability. Any terms and conditions outside of our standard terms will be highlighted in the promotion. I reserve the right to withdraw such offers at any time.

Offer only available to the first 5 people who purchase a course of treatment. Free treatments will be the same level as the course purchased (Express or Glow). By accepting the free treatment promotion, you agree to images being taken before, during and after treatment for use on our website, social media and other marketing channels. Free treatments must be taken within the same period as the purchased course.

Each deal is available to purchase for 48 hours only. All vouchers are valid between 01.01.23 - 31.03.23 only. Advanced booking is required for all appointments.

Vouchers purchased through our website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.

Courses of treatments purchased will be loaded to our system and each service redeemed automatically until all services have been used/taken. Treatments cannot be shared between clients and can only be used by a single person.

Where the deal includes a treatment voucher and product, the product will be provided at the appointment, unless otherwise requested (shipping costs may apply if product provided in advance of appointment).

We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

A 10% discount will be applied to the purchase of an 8 treatment course and a 15% discount applied to a 12 treatment course.

A minimum of 4 treatment hours must be booked. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 14 days prior to your party.

A power socket and hot water are required to complete treatments. If this is not available, some treatments may not be able to be provided on the day and alternatives will need to be chosen.

There is a £25 'off site' charge for all pamper parties which allows for set up/pack away time and time creating a spa like atmosphere within your space. Travel costs may be applicable subject to distance and you will be informed of this when booking.

Parties cancelled within 14 days of the event date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

From time to time, we offer free gifts with purchases. Where the free gift criteria is a minimum spend, this relates to the products ordered and does not include postage/shipping costs. The free gift will only be given where the minimum spend is achieved prior to the addition of shipping costs.
